Booking Services Made Simple

To access our services, clients need to complete a health screening on our website. Once approved, you can easily book assistance. We do have a few important details regarding booking:

• There is a $40 non-refundable booking fee to secure your spot, ensuring that we do not lose work due to last-minute cancellations.
• We only accept PayPal payments, which must be made prior to the arrival of our caregiver.
• If payment is not made, care services will not be provided, and any deposits made to hold a spot in the monthly schedule will be forfeited.

Understanding Our Caregiver Service Agreement

When you choose Dignity Keepers, you agree to our Caregiver Service Agreement, which includes:

• Caregiver Autonomy: Our caregivers maintain control over their work schedules, ensuring they provide care when they are most available and effective.
• Minimum Shift Length: All shifts are a minimum of four consecutive hours.
• Standard Compensation: Our rate is $25.00 per hour for shifts up to four hours, with a flat rate of $300 for 12-hour overnight shifts.
• Scope of Services: We provide non-medical personal care services, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), light meal preparation, and companionship.

Easy Online Agreement and Health Form

To make your experience as seamless as possible, our Caregiver Service Agreement and health intake form can be signed electronically. This allows for a straightforward and convenient process from start to finish.
